I work with clients navigating problems related to relationships, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, personality disorders, stress, high-performance pressure, life transitions, parenting, and women's health. I’m here to support you or your child on a journey of growth and wellness. With nine years of experience, I create a warm, safe space for women and youth (7-18) to navigate life's challenges.
Whether it's trauma, grief, behavioral issues, career struggles, or relationship concerns, I believe you can find relief and thrive. My approach is relational, transparent, and creative; helping you feel truly seen, understood, and cared for.
I tailor my therapy using Gestalt, Interpersonal Neurobiology, and art/play therapy to help you live with more compassion and enthusiasm. Therapy is a place for healing, discovering your authentic self, and even having fun along the way.

I am a Licensed Master Social Worker in New York and a Licensed Social Worker in CO. I work with clients navigating issues related to anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, and more. My greatest achievement in my life lies in the meaningful relationships that I cultivate with my people. I strive to create a space where you can freely explore and embrace your most authentic self.
